Consistent, professional headshots for your team, shot at your office anywhere in DFW or at my downtown Dallas studio. Everyone gets the same lighting and background, so your website, LinkedIn, and press materials match.
If your company already has a headshot style, I can match it, and new hires can be added later so they match the rest of the team.
How It Works
Pick a date and a place. Your office, a conference room, or my studio in downtown Dallas.
I bring the studio to you. Lights and a backdrop, set up in whatever space you have, so every headshot matches no matter where it’s taken.
Each person gets a few minutes in front of the camera. I give clear direction, so nobody has to know how to pose, and nobody loses much of their day.
Everyone picks their favorite. Each person’s selected image is professionally retouched and delivered within 5 business days.
Team Pricing
On location in Dallas and nearby suburbs (Richardson, Irving, Las Colinas, Farmers Branch): $350 travel and setup
Farther locations (Plano, Frisco, Fort Worth): $500 travel and setup
At my downtown Dallas studio: $295 session
Plus one professionally retouched headshot per person, priced on a sliding scale:

| People 26–50 | $145 each |
| Person 51 and up | $135 each |
Example: a team of 12 photographed at your Dallas office is $350 + (10 × $175) + (2 × $160) = $2,420.
On-location sessions have a 5-person minimum. Smaller teams are welcome at the studio.

Where in DFW do you go?
Anywhere in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. The standard $350 travel and setup fee covers Dallas and nearby suburbs like Richardson, Irving, Las Colinas, and Farmers Branch. Farther locations like Plano, Frisco, and Fort Worth are $500.
Can you match the headshots we already have?
Yes. I can match your existing background, lighting, and framing so new headshots blend in with the old ones.
What about people who miss the shoot, or new hires?
They can come to my downtown studio later, and I’ll match the setup so their headshot looks like everyone else’s.
