Your Work Is Good. But You Know It Could Be Exceptional.

You’ve developed technical skill. You’ve built a portfolio. You know how to produce consistent photographs, and clients are already paying you for them.

However, you feel like you’ve reached a plateau.

Your setups are starting to feel predictable. Your portfolio is solid but not as distinctive as you want it to be. You can execute—but you want to create work with greater intention, sophistication, and impact.

At this stage, more beginner tutorials aren’t the answer.

You need an experienced mentor who can evaluate your work honestly, identify the opportunities you can’t see from inside it, and help you refine the technical, creative, and stylistic decisions separating where you are from where you want to be.

That is what The Photographer’s Accelerator is designed to do.

You Don’t Need More Random Photography Tips

  • Your work is technically competent but doesn’t feel sufficiently distinctive.
  • Your portfolio contains strong images but lacks the impact you want.
  • Your lighting and shooting methods are starting to feel predictable.
  • You have ideas you cannot consistently translate into finished photographs.
  • You want more sophisticated feedback than social-media comments provide.
  • You’re uncertain which refinements would create the greatest improvement.
  • You want to develop a clearer creative voice without imitating current trends.
  • You’re ready to be challenged by someone capable of seeing what you cannot.

It’s not a lack of information.

The problem is that disconnected pieces of information cannot evaluate your work, identify your specific gaps, or tell you what to prioritize next.

That is what The Photographer’s Accelerator is built to do.

What is The Photographer’s Accelerator?

A 6-week, 1:1 program built entirely around your goals, starting with your skill level, and the kind of photographer you want to become.

We start with a full portfolio review and a personalized roadmap. Then we attack your biggest opportunities head-on—lighting, posing, editing, creative direction, client interaction, portfolio development, studio workflow, technical consistency, and style—whatever areas of the craft will move your photography forward fastest.

You’ll receive direct instruction, critique, and support throughout the six weeks.

No filler. No fluff. Just the hard-earned skills, strategy, and clarity you need to level up—fast.

Six weeks. Fully personalized. Intensively focused.

Stop guessing. Being a Professional Photographer is about control over your technique, creative decisions, workflow, and finished work.

This isn’t a course. This isn’t a passive mentorship.

This is an intensive, 1:1 transformation designed around you.

The Accelerator focuses on photographic craft, creative development, and production workflow.

It does not include marketing, lead generation, or booking strategy.

Are You Ready to Move Beyond Your Current Plateau?

You Can’t Correct What You Can’t See

At a certain point, improving becomes difficult—not because you lack commitment, but because it’s hard to evaluate your own work objectively.

You may recognize that your work isn’t as distinctive or fully realized as you want it to be without knowing which refinements will make the greatest difference.

Is the issue technical? Lighting? Editing? Composition? Direction? Workflow? Or a collection of smaller gaps that have accumulated over time?

The Photographer’s Accelerator gives you an experienced outside assessment, identifies the areas with the greatest potential for improvement, and turns those findings into a focused six-week plan.

So the question is:

What kind of photographer do you want to be?

If you’re content doing just enough to get by, this program isn’t for you.

But if your goal is to move beyond your current limitations and pursue mastery of your craft, this is the program that will get you there.

The Difference Between the Mediocre and the Great

The difference between the mediocre and the great?
It’s not talent. It’s commitment. Obsession. And the discipline to master the craft.

Great photographers:

  • Work differently
  • Think differently
  • Embrace challenges
  • Solve problems
  • And make it look easy—not because it is easy, but because they’ve built the foundation

They’re not stuck on one style, one look, or one trick. They evolve.
And when the market shifts or the economy tightens, they survive—and grow.

When I became a photographer, I didn’t know what I was doing—but at least I knew that.
So I committed to learning everything I could. I got obsessed with the fundamentals.
And that obsession gave me real confidence—the kind that frees you from fear, imposter syndrome, and “what if I mess this up?” thinking.

I want to help you get to that confident state.
The place where you know exactly what you’re doing.
Where your work speaks for itself.
And where you have the skills and confidence to approach every shoot with greater clarity and control.

Your Mentor

I’m Rich Cirminello, a PPA Certified Professional Photographer, educator, and award-winning photographer with more than 20 years of experience across portraiture, boudoir, fashion, and commercial photography.

I’ve taught as an adjunct professor, led workshops, developed photography courses, and mentored photographers at different stages of their development. Inside The Photographer’s Accelerator, I bring that experience directly to your work—identifying what needs attention and helping you develop the skills, judgment, and creative control to move forward.

How it Works

No fixed curriculum. No generic modules. No filler.

  1. Assessment: We begin with an in-depth portfolio review and discussion of your goals, process, and frustrations.
  2. Roadmap: I identify the most important gaps and build a six-week development plan around them.
  3. Weekly Work: Each week combines private instruction, focused assignments, and direct critique.
  4. Review and Refinement: We evaluate your results and adjust the plan as your skills develop.
  5. Continued Direction: You finish with stronger work and a clear plan for continuing your development.

This is real coaching. Real strategy. Real transformation.

You don’t just improve. You evolve.

The Investment

$3,000 paid in full

Payment plan: Three biweekly payments of $1,100 ($3,300)

The first payment reserves your mentorship position. The remaining payments are automatically charged 14 and 28 days later.

The program includes six private two-hour mentorship sessions—12 hours of one-to-one instruction. At my standard rate of $500 per two-hour session, the private session time alone represents the full program investment.

The Accelerator also includes:

  • An in-depth portfolio and skills assessment
  • A customized six-week development roadmap
  • Focused assignments
  • Direct critique, review, and refinement
  • Access to selected courses from my training library
  • A final review and continued-development plan

For many working portrait photographers, $3,000 is comparable to one strong portrait sale or several smaller client sessions.

The Accelerator does not teach marketing or booking. It develops the craft, consistency, creative judgment, client-direction skills, and control required to make the most of the opportunities you create.

The real question is not simply what six weeks of mentorship costs.

It is what another year of plateaued growth, predictable results, and disconnected experimentation may cost your work.

If you’re ready to take greater control of your work, strengthen your skills, and clarify your creative direction,
Apply now. Let’s get to work.
